TEP was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Wayzata, Minnesota.  Through our established relationships and connections with sellers across the Williston Basin, we have acquired non-operated interests across North Dakota and Montana.  The Williston Basin is regarded as one of the most prolific oil-producing regions in the nation.  TEP recognized its potential, and developed a near-term drilling strategy focused on developing new wells in this area.

Our current portfolio includes wells under some of the premier operators like Continental Resources, Slawson Exploration, Kraken Operating, and others.  We have worked closely with our capital partners to identify high-potential acquisition targets, and to optimize drilling and completion strategies for the assets in our portfolio.

Through our years of deal sourcing and asset management, we have been able to build an unmatched database of well and engineering data that provides an advantage when assessing a new acquisition opportunity.  In order to execute this strategy, TEP's management team has partnered with experienced engineers and financial professionals.

TEP continues to be a resource for sellers when they wish to have another option upon receiving a well proposal.  We work to find new companies that are interested in selling their wellbore interests and will continue to develop already established relationships.
